Qasr al Nuaimi

Nestled in a discreet enclave in Dubai is the Nuami Palace. The structure epitomizes the NAGA connection of site and lifestyle in its abundant use of light, space, water and color in its creation. This three-level structure combines dramatic water features at each level to connect the residents with the sight and sound of green spaces and flowing, cool water. The water features are not only as enticements for recreation and relaxation, but act as heat sinks to help reflect away the sun’s rays and absorb the build-up of heat over the course of the long desert days.

Inside, the spaces flow like the water surrounding them, opening up in a cascade of venues, one after another. The ground floor is devoted to the family and public elements with generous living and sleeping spaces above. Inside this caressing envelope, one would not be aware that one is in the heart of a dynamic and growing city, but for the spectacular views of the Dubai skyline tracing a panorama of light and form across the nearby sky.
